Founder Story
Our Founder Story, Meet Eddie Gay
Following his graduation from the University of South Florida and a short tenure as a high school math teacher, Eddie transitioned into a successful 10 – year career as a mortgage consultant with E*Trade Financial and other lending institutions.
In 2007, Eddie walked away from a high-paying mortgage consultant role at
E*Trade in Los Angeles to care for his aunt, who was diagnosed Alzheimers in
Washington, D.C. Through this three year experience, he gained a deep,
personal understanding of the overwhelming physical and emotional toll
dementia care takes on families. After transitioning her into an assisted living
community he returned to Los Angeles.
